National Reconciliation Week 2022 is May 27 – June 2, and the theme is: Be brave. Make Change.
Executive Director of Literacy for Life Foundation, Jack Beetson, says the theme is something that fits with the work of The Foundation.
“Our students are some of the bravest people there are. It takes a lot to come back to education as an adult,” Jack says.
ABC TV has produced an episode of Compass that will air during Reconciliation Week that profiles Jack and explores his many years of activism.
